Upon booking, we require 50% down of your total cost to reserve the date. The remaining balance will be due 5 days prior to your event and you will be notified as a reminder.

What is the age limit?

Our soft play equipment and bounce houses are suitable for crawlers up to 5 years old. However, our bubble houses are suitable for all ages, so adults can join in on the fun!

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards (3% Convenience Fee), ACH Payments (No Fee), and Cash.

Do you have insurance?

While we do have insurance, it is the client's responsibility to ensure adult supervision at all times. A liability waiver must be signed prior to your event and can be found here.

What is your cancellation policy?

If your reservation needs to be cancelled, we ask that you please let us know 30 days prior to your event to receive a 100% refund. If you cancel within less than 30 days prior to your event, you will receive a 50% refund or have the option to reschedule your event, subject to availability.

What is your inclement weather policy?

We reserve the right to cancel your rental if the weather looks unfavorable in the days leading up to your event. We will reach out to discuss other options. If an alternate location can't be found, a refund will be issued if you choose not to reschedule.

Please note that we only set up on flat and dry surfaces, free of debris, rocks, grass clippings, branches and animal waste. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend having a backup plan/location.

Once we have set up for your event, a refund will not be issued.

How long is the rental for?

Depending on the time of your event, we will arrive 2-4 hours prior to your start time. Set up takes about 45 mins to 1 hour. Pick-up time is no later than 8 pm Thurs-Saturday and 6 pm on Sundays. A specific drop-off or pick-up time can be arranged for an additional fee.

The health and safety of your little ones is our top priority! We clean and sanitize all equipment before and after each event.

Is there a security deposit?

A $100 security deposit (additional to total cost) will be required for incidentals. Assuming the rental equipment is returned to us in the same great condition we delivered it in, the full deposit will be returned to you within 3-5 business days, upon inspection after your event.
